Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Material Providers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product isn’t used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Contact us by email at contact@materialproviders.com or through our customer service hotline at 03008438630 to inform us of your intention to return the product. Please include your order number and the reason for returning the product.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the product.
  3. Please pack the product in its original packaging and include your receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier’s location or schedule a pickup, depending on the instructions provided.

You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Material Providers.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance at contact@materialproviders.com or 03008438630.

Sale Items

Please note that sale items cannot be returned, only regular-priced items can be refunded.

Exchanges

Material Providers only exchanges goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at contact@materialproviders.com or 03008438630 with details of the product and the defect.

Refunds

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
